FREE Rescheduling

If you notify Flyside Games at least 72 hours prior to your event, you may reschedule for free based on availability or request a refund.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

For cancellations due to weather, customers may reschedule for FREE, based on availability.

If you cancel you reservation within 3 days of your scheduled date, you are eligible for a refund.

 

Additional Policies

Customers are responsible for securing a venue for their event.

If your event is cancelled by the venue or park staff during the event, Flyside will not refund the rental.

Customers renting Flyside equipment must sign a waiver prior to delivery.

We reserve the right to charge for the full cost of any damage, theft or loss of equipment.
